I’ve been on both sides.

Dad coach all in, extra practices & training. However, you have to deal with the fact that dad kid is gonna be on the field, probably more than they should be.

Non dad coach not all in, coaches multiple teams, bare minimum practice and training.

Maybe i just keep striking out for my kids, who knows.

Jesters 28' has a solid team with committed coaching/development.
